Welcome to bangalorehindipandit.top. By accessing this website or scheduling a Vedic puja ceremony with Pandit Niranjan Pandey, you agree to the following transparent terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Spiritual Services

Pandit Niranjan Pandey provides traditional Hindu ritual services, including Vedic Havans, Griha Pravesh ceremonies, Shodasha Sanskars, and scriptural kathas strictly according to Vedic traditions and Shukla Yajurveda scriptures. All rituals are performed with spiritual intent, devotion, and reverence.

2. Booking & Scheduling Process

• Bookings can be requested online, via WhatsApp (+91 70700 81319), or over direct phone call.
• Muhurat dates and timings are mutually agreed upon in advance based on Vedic Panchang and devotee family requirements.
• Because of Bangalore traffic conditions, Pandit Ji plans travel well in advance; devotees are kindly requested to provide complete apartment/house landmarks for smooth arrival.

3. Transparent Dakshina ("Pay After Puja") Policy

• We operate on an open, transparent Dakshina structure. There are zero mandatory advance booking deposits.
• Estimated Dakshina for each ceremony is communicated upfront with complete clarity.
• Dakshina is offered only after the puja and havan ceremonies are successfully concluded to your complete spiritual satisfaction.
• Payment can be made via Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), or direct bank transfer.

4. Samagri Arrangement

• Devotees may choose to have Pandit Ji provide the complete Shuddh Puja Samagri kit (including Havan kund, desi cow ghee, herbs, navgrah lakdi, gangajal).
• Alternatively, devotees may opt to purchase items themselves using our provided checklist. Fresh items (such as milk, curd, fresh fruits, and garlands) are typically arranged fresh by the host family.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that family schedules, health emergencies, or property handover dates can change unexpectedly. You may reschedule or cancel your puja booking at any time without any cancellation penalty. We only request that you notify Pandit Ji at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled muhurat so we can reallocate that auspicious time slot.

6. Cleanliness and Ritual Preparation

To honor the sanctity of the rituals, devotees are requested to maintain a clean, satvik environment in the puja area, free from footwear, and prepare the altar area prior to Pandit Ji's arrival.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes or queries arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
